In our Korean Delights workshop, students will be introduced to the techniques of making delicious & authentic Korean dishes. From comforting ginseng chicken soup to spicy Tteokbokki.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, you'll leave with skills and knowledge to create mouth-watering Korean dishes at home!

Learn To Make:

Japchae (Stir-fried sweet glass noodles)

Dakgalbi (Spicy grilled chicken with vegetables)

Kimchi Jjigae (Stew made from Kimchi, scallions & onions)

Tteokbokki (Rice cakes covered in chili paste)

Samgyetang (Ginseng chicken soup)

Jajangmyeon (Noodles in black bean sauce)
